In “Kids in Crime” we follow 17-year-old Tommy from Sarpsborg. The series is set to year 2001, where Tommy is rapidly entering adulthood. However, things slip out for Tommy, who suddenly ends up on a side track with drugs and crime. The series, which contains large amounts of crude humor and tension, reflects the challenges and the tough youth environment in the city. The series appears unpolished and realistic, as it is in fact inspired by creator and director Kenneth Karlstad’s own experiences.

The series is produced by Einar Film Drama, and producers Brede Hovland and Pål Kruke Kristiansen.
